Our teams have extensive and recognised experience in Digital PCR (ddPCR), Quantitative PCR (qPCR) or reverse transcription qPCR (RT-qPCR).
Thanks to these highly sensitive technologies, you can, for example:
- Quantify low abundance mutations in cancer
- Monitor the expression of an RNA
- Check the methylation level of a gene
We have also capacities in Sanger sequencing and DNA fragment analysis (as microsatellites).
