Biobanking

The Biobank is an infrastructure compliant with international quality standards offering biobanking services for the collection, archiving and storage of biospecimens and their associated data.

The Biobank is also the home for a number of valuable plasma, tissue, cell-free DNA, DNA and RNA samples collected from patients with a variety of pathologies.

Two types of biobanking services:

Physical biobanking

Samples are directly stored at Biobank.

Virtual biobanking

Samples are not stored at Biobank but in customer facility. Mandatory information are sent to Biobank for a virtual registration of samples.
